Can you work inside a scheduled maintenance shutdown?
That is the preferred way to run industrial work. The quote and approvals happen weeks ahead off the published sheet, the rig arrives when the window opens and the surfaces are prepped and handed to the coating crew inside the same window.
Do you carry the insurance an industrial site requires?
Ask us for the current certificates when you request the quote and we will send what your site requires reviewed against your vendor requirements. Industrial clients should never take coverage on faith from a website, ours included.
Is old paint on structural steel a hazard concern?
It can be: coatings applied before 1978 can contain lead, and disturbing them has rules. Suspect steel gets tested first, and where lead is present the method shifts to contained wet blasting with proper collection and disposal. The EPA's guidance on lead-safe practices is the standard we point clients to, and pretending old paint is always harmless is not a service.
